When to Go to Gibraltar

The best time to visit Gibraltar, especially if you’re looking for cheap Gibraltar hotels, is during the winter or spring seasons.

Among these months, May stands out as a favorite time to go.

We visited in the winter and got a great price for our hotel because it was technically “off-season”. The great thing about Gibraltar is that there really is no bad time to visit due to the mild climate.

For this reason, we strongly recommend visiting outside of the peak season (June-August).

With fewer tourists around, you’ll have space to observe the famous Barbary macaques, get a great spot on the best beach, and take a wonderful dolphin tour.
