How do we get started?
You fill out a quick trip form. We can hop on a short call to learn your goals and budget. We send curated options and refine together until it’s right.
What kinds of trips do you plan?
Hotels and resorts, cruises, guided tours, rail, theme parks, road trips, groups, and special occasions. U.S. and international.
Do I pay more because you earn a commission?
No. Our rates are the same as booking direct or better, often with added perks. We get paid by the hotel, cruise line, or tour company after you travel.
What does it cost to work with you?
Trip planning is free when we book your trip. Research-only projects may have a small fee. You will see any fee before you say yes.
Can you use my points or miles to book?
You keep control of your points. We help you compare cash vs points and plan around award space. You make the redemption in your loyalty account.
Can I still earn points and elite nights?
Usually, yes on eligible rates. We add your loyalty numbers. Some promo or prepaid rates may not qualify. We will flag that for you.
Can you apply my company, AAA, resident, military, or promo rates?
Yes, when you qualify and the supplier allows it. Send details, and we’ll check.
Will you price match something I found online?
If it is the same room, rate type, and cancellation terms, we try to match or beat it. Send a screenshot, and we will compare apples to apples.
Do you monitor price drops after I book?
When the supplier allows re-pricing before final payment, we watch for better value and request changes.
Is my credit card and personal information shared securely?
Yes. We use encrypted, PCI-compliant tools and secure forms. We don’t store full card numbers or CVV. We only share what’s needed to confirm your booking.
Do you book flights?
Yes for packages, cruises, and many trips. Air-only support may have a fee. We’ll advise on routing and seats and handle schedule changes with the supplier.
What deposit and final payment should I expect?
Most trips need a deposit to hold space at a hotel, cruise, or tour. Final payment timing depends on the supplier. We list all due dates in your proposal.
Do you recommend travel insurance?
Yes! If you are traveling internationally, we recommend travel health insurance too.
Can you plan group travel or room blocks?
Yes. We set up a group, hold space, track payments, and share due dates.
Can you plan theme park trips?
Yes! We are big theme-park fanatics and can help with tickets, onsite vs offsite hotels, dining windows, and park strategy that fits your style.
Do you plan custom itineraries with tours and activities?
Yes. We build day-by-day plans and book guides, transfers, and tickets when possible.
How do you support us during travel?
You’ll have our direct contact info plus the supplier’s 24-hour help line. If something goes sideways, we step in and help find a solution.
How do you get paid?
Hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators pay us after you travel. It doesn’t change your price.
Why use a travel advisor instead of booking yourself?
Expert curation, time saved, clear terms, one point of contact, access to promos and perks when available, and support when plans change.
Can you work with my budget?
Yes. Share your target range and priorities. We know how to stretch a budget.
What if I only want help picking the right hotel?
We can do a quick consult. If you book with us, any small research fee is waived.
Do you book last-minute trips?
Yes! Reach out and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
How soon should I start planning?
Six to nine months is great for peak seasons and groups. Special events and popular spots may need more advanced timing to secure spots. We can also help on shorter timelines!
Is the $100 custom itinerary deposit refundable?
Yes. For custom itineraries only, we collect a $100 deposit after the consultation. It’s refunded within 3 business days once your trip is booked.
What info helps you quote faster?
Travel dates or window, starting airport, guest count and ages, budget range, destination ideas, pace (relax vs full), bed setup, mobility needs, and must-dos.
